From 35 years old vins. Fermented by indigous yeast. Aged in French oak barrels with 100% malolactic.
Rich and fruity Chablis with lots of personality. Voluminous notes of plums, fennel and sweet grapefruit. It has creamy mouthfeel and a moderate and well balanced acidity that leads towards a spicy finish.

From 40-60 years old vine. Fermented with indigous yeast and aged in French oak barrels, 20% new.
Sour red berries, dried herbs and autumn forest floor. It has a structured backbone with fine and delicate tannins. The acidity balances the juicy ripe fruit perfectly and it presents a long and pleasant finish. Already approachable and well composed with plenty to offer.

The structure and tension is amazing, while the power of this outstanding vintage reflects and makes it voluminous and elegantly balanced at the same time. It needs time fully mature and will probably age beautifully for 20-30 years.
